How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependent upon USPS. We hope that all items are received in a timely manner, specifically 1-3 business days depending on your location, but we cannot guarantee specific dates or times. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur due to the shipping carrier.

Why is shipping only offered Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday?

Our goal is to maintain and preserve the freshness of each product for as long as possible. Because we ship through USPS, orders cannot be delivered on Sunday. Therefore, shipping only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday can combat any shipping delays due to the shipping carrier. 

What is the status of my order? 

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email? No problem! Contact us, and we'll be glad to help you out!

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. We will also keep you updated throughout the shipping process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

How do I return my order?

Since this is an online dessert shop, products are unable to be returned. Therefore, all sells are final. Any comments, concerns, or questions regarding your order can be addressed by email, Customersupport@sweettreatkingdom.com.

What happens if I have an allergic reaction after eating something that I ordered?

You should seek medical attention ASAP, but Sweet Treat Kingdom is not responsible for any adverse reactions that anyone has while consuming any of our products. Please be advised that food prepared here may contain or have come into contact with: dairy, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and possibly other ingredients that one may be allergic to.
